4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the shop, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- payment service providers, to process your payment and prevent fraud (for example Stripe or PayPal, when you choose them at checkout);
- delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel (name, address, phone, email for delivery notifications);
- our website hosting and email providers;
- professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. The UK and the EU recognise each other’s data protection standards. Where a provider processes data in another country, such as the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
- Customer account: until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
- Messages and withdrawal notices: up to 3 years, to handle follow-up questions and legal claims.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@seamvoro.shop; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU the authority in your country, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark or the data protection authority of your federal state in Germany.
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to serve you. Payment details are entered directly with our payment service providers.
9. Children
Our shop is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update this policy if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
