Shipping & Duties

We deliver SEAMVORO orders to the United Kingdom, all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada. The delivery cost for your address is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery rates and times

Rates are shown in the currency you have selected. Estimated delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You receive an email when your order leaves us, with tracking details where the carrier provides them. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weather, customs checks and carrier delays can occasionally add time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated date, please contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.

Import VAT, duties and customs fees

Depending on where your order ships from and where it is delivered, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may apply. Where such charges are collected at checkout, they are shown as a separate line before you pay. Otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery, and they are payable by the recipient.

If you are unsure whether charges will apply to your delivery, email us before you order and we will tell you what we know for your country.

Where we do not deliver

We currently only accept orders for delivery to the countries listed above. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel forwarding services or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@seamvoro.shop. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
