You can shop and pay in US dollars, euros, British pounds, Danish kroner, Swedish kronor, Norwegian kroner or Swiss francs. Choose your currency at the top of any page; the currency you will be charged in is shown again at checkout.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we tell you by email and refund it in full.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet we can change or cancel it. After dispatch you can use your right of withdrawal or our returns policy.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada.

Delivery costs depend on your country and are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Our Shipping & Duties page lists every rate and the estimated delivery times.

Depending on where your order ships from and to, import VAT, duties or customs fees may apply and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Our Shipping & Duties page explains this in detail.

You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with their labels within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return address and instructions.

Use the online withdrawal form linked in the footer ("Withdraw from contract here") or email us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive an email confirming the date and time we received your withdrawal.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or return request, to the original payment method. We may wait until the items are back with us or you have sent proof of posting.

No. Every SEAMVORO piece is a new garment. The worn-in look comes from the wash finish.

Each product page has a size table with garment measurements. Compare them with a piece you own that fits well, or ask us for advice.

Wash at 30 °C inside out with similar colours and hang to dry. Deep indigo and black washes can transfer colour when new, so wash them separately the first few times.
